Hardware and electronic products are usually labeled on cartons, boxes, trays or small parts rather than on bottles, so the labeling task starts with the surface: a flat carton face, a tray, or a small cylindrical component.

Our automatic flat surface labeling machine DZ-320F is designed for boxes, trays and flat packs, and is used in logistics, electronics and FMCG lines. Small cylindrical parts that roll easily, including industrial components, can be labeled on the horizontal round labeling machine DZ-320E, which keeps them lying flat during labeling. Options such as variable data printing, and requirements such as anti-static or high-temperature resistant labels, depend on the label material and machine configuration and should be confirmed for each project.
