Powders such as flour, coffee powder, milk powder, tea powder, herbal powder and detergent powder share one practical issue: fine product can escape during filling and sealing, so dust control and the filling method matter as much as the bag itself.

Our premade pouch machines offer filling systems for powders. The horizontal model lists dust extraction nozzles with collectors among its options, and the rotary model lists dust suction nozzles. For bags formed from film, the vertical packing machines and the high-speed pouch packing machine offer weighing systems for powders. Small single-serve portions can be packed on the multi-lane stick packing machine, which lists a servo auger filler as an option, or as four-side-seal sachets. Gusseted and flat-bottom styles are shown on our site for bulk powders such as protein powder and collagen.
